Why email me with this offer labelled in your email as “No catches - just great value!” which has turned out to be a total pack of lies…
I tried to get the offer online, but I could not get it, I got a text back I didn’t have enough credit because Lebara tried to take FULL PRICE which is total nonsense.
I telephoned Lebara customer service, she was clueless, said it was a Moneysupermarket offer and I needed to apply for a new sim! I told her I have been a lebara customer a long time and it was a Lebara email, she said I still could not have the offer.
Are things at Lebara that bad, resorting to scams?
