Why email me with this offer labelled in your email as “No catches - just great value!” which has turned out to be a total pack of lies…
I tried to get the offer online, but I could not get it, I got a text back I didn’t have enough credit because Lebara tried to take FULL PRICE which is total nonsense.
I telephoned Lebara customer service, she was clueless, said it was a Moneysupermarket offer and I needed to apply for a new sim! I told her I have been a lebara customer a long time and it was a Lebara email, she said I still could not have the offer.
Are things at Lebara that bad, resorting to scams?

It is shameful. I had the same offer online and at the step for paying it turns to full price!!!

Eventually, it might have been a month! but Lebara did contact me about it and the very nice lady apologized and offered me the deal for free for the first 3 months which was absolutely awesome, until the first 30 days was almost up, and as she instructed me, I contacted Lebara customer services again to request the second free month, this time he wasn't friendly and said I had only been offered the one month, which wasn't true, then he said I'd been offered different Plans for the other two months! I said maybe if you want to take that attitude please Re-Open my Complaint, after a few minutes he relented and agreed my free second month, which is great.
I still think Lebara is a fantastic company, but its got a few bad apples who ruin our enjoyment of Lebara, so Lebara, get rid of the bad apples and if you make us a great offer let us accept it, don't make life difficult, we can all be stronger and better working together :-)

HarryM2 I bought a 50% offer. it still looks decent. Too bad they don't clean up everything so there would be no confusion
