Hi I'm hoping someone can help
I purchased a card in the supermarket for one pound.
When returning home to sign up I could not sign up through the u switch offer but instead was redirected to Lebara to order a plan.
I ordered the £5 plan which includes five gigabytes of data.
In this plan you have to also receive a SIM card in the post which I have.
However the one that is in my phone which cost £1 has now sent me a message saying my data of 50 megabytes is used and will be charged at £98 per gigabyte.
As that is the number on my account and the account also says I have the five pound 5 GB plan, I am confused about what's going on.
I certainly don't want to be charged of such an extortionate rate especially when I've already purchased the sum in the store and then received a sim in the post anyway...
What's an earth is going on. Do I put the new SIM in my phone and that will fix everything and if that's the case why is the SIM in my phone that has that number giving me a data warning.
Any advice would be helpful thank you
