Can’t text Ireland

Hi guys. Can anyone help. I’ve been trying to text a mobile in the ROI but no joy. Tried omitting the 00 and adding a + but no luck

Lebara contracts are hybrid pay and go you aren't able to spend what you don't have.
Texts to Ireland aren't free only calls if you have international minutes.

As this costs money need to add credit to your account or turn on auto top up. (Minimum top up is £5)

There is 0 spend cap on Lebara by default.
If you look on lebara app you will see below this is what allows you to add credit for things outside allowances.
