Rewards Gateway Timeout Error 504

Whenever I try to log into Rewards, I get a Gateway Timeout Error 504.
Particularly frustrating, as they keep sending me emails, asking me to enter competitions with assorted prizes, which I'm uable to enter...

I have similar issues with it sometimes the app doesn't recognise my login details even though I've clicked the link on my dashboard
