    Bit complex this. Hope I can explain clearly.
    I joined just after Xmas 2025. Allocated a temporary number while I transferred from Sky.
    Ported on 2 January. Started having issues from Day 1.Chatted on line and eventually was advised that my iPhone 16e was not compatible with eSIM.
    i asked if I can transfer my plan to my old iPhone 13. Yes, and it was moved across. Since then, not been able to include Wi-Fi calling or use my data allowance. Have chatted online and they try to help, but getting nowhere.
    Would I be able to put an actual SIM card into the iPhone 13 and get it to work properly?
