No reward for loyalty

Why is it I can go on line and get a much better deal from lebara for the same amount as I am paying now this leads me to believe there is no reward for loyalty

As an existing customer, you benefit from price stability, meaning we have not increased the price of plans from 2020 to date even with changes in market prices or yearly inflation rises which is something that most other network providers don't offer.
