Lebara customers have to pay roaming charges on the IOM. When I was with Talk Talk some years ago, I got a £45 bill for two 20 minute phone calls to England. I was outraged. Eventually I got this charge cancelled after a formal complaint. They changed their policy.

If you go to N.Ireland (twice the distance from England) they're free.
