I contacted Lebara MANY times both online chat and phone. They all sent me the same code to reset the time to 30 seconds. Never worked although I got a success message. Eventually found help. Go to settings, phone app, toggle off live voicemail. Newer iPhones have this feature which overrides your attempts to use a code.
