I have credit on my Lebara mobile number and have received multiple countdown threats to cancel the account if the SIM is not used, on the last two occasions I've both made calls and attempted to send a text whereby my credit has then been reduced only to receive yet another threat to cancel the account unless I make a call. Is this Lebara policy in order to force customers into having a plan.. which I had for many years without using which is why I opted for pay as you go with top-up credit.
If so this isn't an issue I'll get a refund for my remaining credit and cancel my account.
