Roaming destination not on Lebara list

Hi folks, I'm travelling to the island of Svalbard in the Artic Circle. It is Norwegian territory, but some distance from the mainland and is outside of the Schengen area. . It doesn't appear in Lebara’s list of roaming destinations. Does anybody know if I can use a roaming package there? Thanks in advance
