    Ooh look here's my new SIM come in the post with a handy instruction sheet and free prong
    Downloaded the app.
    Put the SIM in the phone. (before you ask it is not some steam powered phone from 2002 is is a Samsung Galaxy A13)
    Logged into the app.
    Tried to link the number.
    It does not text me a code. Tried several times. Looked on forums, not helpful. Still doesn't work.
    LEBARA CANNOT SEND A TEXT! A mobile company in 2026 that cannot send an old school text. Let that sink in, as a first impression.
    Lebara give me one reason why I should stay with you?

      Martin Yes I have. The instructions weren't helpful in that they didn't mention that I would need to wait for several hours. This should be in the welcome email.
