Using my phone in France

I have been to France twice over the last 6 months and both times my phone will not connect to data only via WiFi. This is not helpful when trying to call someone or use maps. Has anyone else experienced this?

Has roaming been turned on. Do you get signal at all.

Roaming us on. Data is on. I get a welcome to the French network then nothing happens!!

Is the apn settings been setup

They are set to Lebara.

Im having the same issue, have roaming on, and WiFi and got the welcome message.
