My Account on Lebara totally useless.

    I can never manage my account when I login. I am always asked to validate my SIM then it tells me its invalid as its already registered. Of course it is! I am already a customer!
    Then end up in this endless cycle of having to validate/register a SIM I already have and can never do anything to 'manage' the actual account of an existing login.
    It was impossible for me to add a roaming package to my account over the holidays as there was no way to pay for it - couldn't add it to a basket because of the inability of the website account management page to recognise existing customers and the sims registered to them already. I called customer service and they could not help me either as they cannot take payment and add it for you so they wanted a 'top up' to draw from and I am once again into this endless loop of no recognition of my login and the sim already associated with it.
    Basic store account functionality 'manage my account' seems beyond lebara.

    On your phone call 5588 lebara support and speak to them directly they will be able to help better im sure.



    Have you already registered and forgotten your password.
