Nearly a week ago we lost phone signal, it's the postal area that has no signal, Vodafone customers have all been offered a £50 compensation.
My first chat I was told signal would be back up on Monday, still no connection so today I started another chat, no real up date or concern that this was an ongoing failure, I'm not at all impressed with the customer service (lack of), I appreciate it's a very cheap service, but when you need to phone people and you have no landlines is it better to pay more and get a decent service?
