Purchased a Lebara 35gb data esim for use with my Cellular Apple Ipad Pro via the money saving expert website on 5th July mid-day, £2.58 for 8 months then £6.90 per month. Still haven't received a QR code to activate it, my Lebara account shows first payment taken immediately. Used Lebara online chat yesterday and agent said he would issue a new QR code and the first one would be cancelled. Never received the first or new QR code. Agent said he would escalate to resolve, still no response. Anyone else had similar issue ? - the offer is no longer available on MSE website. Agent confirmed he had my correct email address.

This is interesting as I am looking at this for me and my son, but i wait to see if you manage to resolve.

Not yet resolved, Lebara cancelled the order and told me to order again. I did and the same thing happened again. Then I decided to order a physical SIM and try changing to an eSIM afterwards. That failed as well after I was asked to input an emailed verification code because again I did not receive the email. Lebara are still investigating. I think Lebara systems may have a problem processing my email address which ends with (.me.uk), but I think they will eventually resolve it. I suggest you go ahead its such a good offer and if you do encounter a problem that can't be resolved they will issue a refund.
