Text message update

I have requested on the app and online that Lebara do not send a text when they renew my subscription. However, every so often one comes through at 7am on a Sunday morning. I use my phone as a bedside clock and it invariably gives me a near heart-attack.
Is there a way of getting that stopped ? It’s not every month.

It happened this morning.

if you go to your profile from your menu “more”, select managing consents, and you should be able to select the ways that Lebara can contact you.

other way is to turn off the notifications of the app from your phone as well. I hope this helps.

Thank you, I did turn off notifications to my phone as per your graphic and asked on chat on app but one came in this morning. I have already turned off the notifications from the app on my phone.
