Hi i am new 5g sim. My problem since changing sim is that i keep loosing lines. Line keeps dropping. Whats going on?

Hey Martin thanx for reaching out. The line was brilliant until changeover to 5g. Since then lines have been dropping and full connection not being made in cases. The wifi appears to be okay at the moment. I have been a Lebara cust for nearly 2 years, i am seriously thinking about lezving as they are unable to get their act together
