E Sims - Apple watches

my name is Marc and this question is posted for my parents (both over 90) who are both Apple phone and recently Apple Watch owners.
They want to use the Apple Watch fall detection anywhere they go but need e sims to allow this functionality.
dos anyone k is when this will be a slots existing lebara users

Holmanms01 I have an update on your query and unfortunately eSIM is not currently available on Apple Watches. I'll keep a note of your username and I'll let you know if this changes.
