Dear Lebara,
1. Could you please re-price slightly the 100 GB net + unlimited calls to EU tariff and sell it for not 20 but GBP 15/month? I feel the pack with this net speed you have overpriced. Adding more net does not make the package better, a general user who has many calls do not need more than 100 GB net but need better regular price. Even better than with the 10% reduction (GBP 18) with 12 month loyalty as your public offer.

2. Seen your customer retention offers. None of them offers unlimited calls to EU countries, this is something to add from your side, as for customers needed this service none of your retention offer is suitable.

3. Add Turkey to roaming list, also to the unlimited calls to EU package please, I know Turkey is not EU but you could be the first UK mobile provider adding such a popular holiday destination to these possibilities.

4. Voice quality of international calls from Lebara UK to mobiles located in EU countries is far below EE's international voice quality, please test your system and ask your engineers to resolve this issue.
