I feel a bit of a fraud, as I am one of the £5 a month customers, but I have had great difficulty accessing my Mobile Data both here and abroad. I use Wi-Fi whenever possible, but when unable to expect my mobile date to kick in, as it is turned on. I am a 75 year old technophile, so my problem is most likely my ignorance rather than any lack of effort. Any ideas please!

To enable mobile data on your Samsung Galaxy A53, you can use either the Quick Panel for speed or the Settings menu for more control.
Method 1: Using the Quick Panel (Fastest)
Swipe down from the top of your screen with two fingers to open the full Quick Settings panel.
Look for the Mobile Data icon (two vertical arrows).
Tap the icon to turn it on (it will turn blue or highlight when active).
Method 2: Using the Settings Menu
Open the Settings app.
Tap on Connections.
Select Data usage.
Toggle the switch next to Mobile data to turn it on
