What has happened to Lebara’s network coverage and reception? The service has completely gone downhill. The signal quality has become unacceptable, especially in the Harrow area, where many users are experiencing the same problems.
Despite repeatedly contacting customer support, the response is always the same: they take your details and pass them on, but nothing actually improves. The problem is not only the poor network performance, but also the extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service.
Multiple customers have reported weak or unusable signals, and even their own chat support acknowledges ongoing issues with connectivity. How long are customers expected to tolerate this level of service?
Is Lebara planning to seriously fix these problems, or are they simply ignoring their customers? Reporting issues feels pointless when there is no action or improvement. A company cannot expect customers to stay loyal while providing such a poor and unreliable service.

It’s because they won’t pay to use the full Vodafone/three new network so they are only using Vodafone, you see a big difference on networks like Asda, talk mobile, voxi who use both networks you get faster speeds better signal

Vodafone owns three fully now so networks will be merged

So, are you saying Lebara no longer uses the Vodafone network and has switched to Three? If that’s true, it explains everything. The signal and reception have become absolutely terrible. Calls drop, coverage is unreliable, and the overall service is nowhere near the standard I expected.
It also makes perfect sense why the experience has gone downhill. On top of the poor network quality, your customer support has been completely useless and unprofessional. Instead of providing clear answers or resolving issues, I’ve received nothing but excuses and wasted time. It’s extremely disappointing that customers are paying for a service that simply doesn’t deliver.
If this is how Lebara now operates, it’s no surprise that people are looking elsewhere. A mobile provider should offer reliable coverage and competent customer service, and unfortunately, Lebara is failing on both.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve raised this issue with your customer support multiple times. I’ve explained that it could simply be a faulty SIM card, yet nobody seems interested in investigating it properly. Every time, a support ticket is opened, then closed without any meaningful action or resolution.

It genuinely feels like your support team either doesn’t understand simple English or doesn’t bother reading what customers have written. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they send generic copy and paste responses, close the ticket, and move on. It’s like they’re just trying to get through as many cases as possible rather than helping anyone.

I honestly have to question where your customer support is based because the level of communication and understanding is so poor. It gives the impression that the support is outsourced as cheaply as possible, with agents who are given little training and simply follow a script. Whether that’s the case or not, it’s certainly how the experience feels as a customer.

I’ve repeatedly asked for my SIM card to be replaced or for someone with technical knowledge to investigate the fault, but nobody has shown any interest in resolving the problem. Instead, I’m left wasting my time repeating the same information over and over again while tickets are opened and closed without any progress. This has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

No Vodafone has bought out the three network fully no longer a joint venture. Vodafone will be merging the three network into Vodafone network.
Use the Vodafone coverage checker see how it is in your area.
Also Lebara can't fix signal issues it's Vodafone that owns network.
