Increase number of rings

My phone stops ringing before I can answer it.
Help lines suggest that extending the number of rings should be done by Lebara,
but I cannot find contact details for technical support.

Call 5588 from your phone or use the chat feature online to contact support.

On your phone app, enter this code:
**61*121*10*SS#
Where SS is the number of seconds you would like the ringing to last for. So for 20 secs, the code would be **61*121*10*20#
Once you press the Call button with this code, you should get a response message saying the code was accepted, or something similar.
You will be restricted to 30 secs on the Lebara network.

I am typing exactly that sequence and I get "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". The customer service person I spoke to was less use than a chocolate teapot and had to put me on hold after every question he asked me.

Grahams2026 I have finally cracked it! You need to send the code over a 2G or 3G network. As Lebara no longer has 3G it has to be 2G. On an Android phone you have to turn off advanced protection, then in your SIM settings turn off 2G protection, Then do the MMI and check it with *#61#. When you are happy turn 2G protection and advanced protection back on. Incidentally I couldn't get 30 seconds to work immediately. I had to set it to 25 first, then 30 worked after that
