Guernsey, Jersey and Sark are part of UK.
BUT Lebara treat them as a foreign country, and roaming is excluded from the contract. It would be right and appropriate to correct this to include the Channel Islands in the Lebara contracts.
    How about it??

Totally agree and add the Isle of Man to the inclusive roaming list.

They are not part of the UK but yes Isle of Man should be included in the roaming.

Martin1303, Neilfoo, cashmygiro The Channel Islands are not part of the UK, they are British Overseas Territories with which are self governed with their own laws and tax systems. As such they are not considered as part of the UK when roaming.

Martin Yeah I know they are not part of the UK but many other providers include IOM in roaming so it would be great if Lebara could too.

I appreciate your point cashmygiro, I'll pass on your feedback to the team but can't make any promises that anything will change at this time.

Martin if this is not sorted I am leaving for another service provider who will get 3 pay monthly SIMs contracts from me.

Hello, after using Lebara’s roaming in Guernsey I am going to switch to Tesco mobile when home -the Channel Islands are included in their free roaming offer. If there is a “contact us” option on the Lebara app I have yet to find it so I can’t report problems with my roaming package.

I'm currently on holiday in Jersey. Before arriving I bought a 15 day "Jersey" roaming plan. Now that I'm here, my UK data is being used - I've now had to top up my UK data plan.
When you're in Jersey you can occasionally pick up a French mobile provider. But as Lebara treats the Channel Islands separately from the UK and EU (unlike other providers), it feels as if I'm paying for two plans.
