Call rate outrageous pricing

I've come to the realisation that Lebara to Lebara calls are not free but 25p each? This is so expensive and I didn't even realise that my brother was running out of credit so fast because of this?? This is terrible can you guys at least lower the price? Or allow for transfer of minutes please

Can you clarify what sort of tariff you're on? Are the calls UK to UK? Can't think of a scenario where you'd be charged anything for such calls but then me and my wife have the unlimited UK calls tariff so may be missing something

I am guessing you’re on pay as you go.
