Rewards joke

I have given up trying to access a single reward. A multitude of errors appear to avoid giving away these rewards to loyal members.
The app just displays a completely blank page when you click on the Rewards button. After looking up for solutions I tried logging in on various web browsers, whether using a normal browser or an incognito browser they just get stuck in a perpetual loop of redirection - from lebara to the rewards site,l. If not that, then the website appears to not recognise my email anymore or tells me I have no internet connection despite the fact I can click straight through to buying a new Sim with no problem at all with the same ‘connection’. Final straw today after desper wanting the Costa Coffee Voucher I rang up Support and after seven minutes they disconnected on me because it didn’t look like I was getting anywhere. Really, really disappointed in Lebara.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some difficulties accessing the Rewards offers ElizabethH8. I'm not aware of any issues with the Rewards page however I'll raise this with the team who manages it to ask if they can assist.

I have received an email to cash out my reward for referring a friend and I can't even follow the instructions as there is no View My Rewards at the bottom of the page and the expiration of the reward date is today even though I received the email today?!
