USA roaming confusion

Can anyone clarify if roaming in the USA is included in the 100GB plan.

Under the list of countries included in you plan it lists the USA but when you state you are travelling to the United States under the roaming drop down it says you need a roaming add-on.

My understanding is that all the countries listed under the included in your plan should not need a roaming add-on or is that list only in regards to international calls from the UK.

Roaming is for EU only. Thats international minutes not roaming.
With international minutes you can call USA from UK.
There is no free USA roaming.
