I have been with Lebara over a year and have been very happy.unfortunately after referring several friends and family I now find I am paying more than the people I encouraged to join.
apparently I can not have the new customer deal because I am an existing customer. I feel this is very unfair (and shortsighted on your part) will result in me looking round for a better deal as a new customer somewhere else.
seems poor customer service to me would you like to comment?

I think the appropriate thing to do is also have deals for old customers since new deals might be used to lure in new customers

hi yes that would be better but I feel that all companies should try to keep their customers or some other company will end up stealing their business

Hi. I raised this too. I hadn't seen your post at the time but totally agree. I don't expect to get a voucher or initial few months discount - just to have the same deals per month as new customers are offered. Lebara is undoubtedly good value but this doesn't seem fair - new customers can get 35GB for the same price I have been paying for 15GB.
I may be mistaken and accept that this is different but is it not illegal for insurance companies to do this?

Occasionally there will be offers in place to attract new customers that are not available to existing customers. As an existing customer, you benefit from price stability, meaning we have not increased the price of plans from 2020 to date even with changes in market prices or yearly inflation rises which is something that most other network providers don't offer.
