Roaming

I am currently on a £10 per month contract and I am wanting to know if I am allowed roaming in Thailand ? I have recently been to India and it was roaming included but although Thailand is in the list of roaming countries, do I have to buy an add on ? (£10 for 6GB 15 days?)

Thailand has no free roaming add on will be required
