    Hi All,
    Has anyone been experiencing Data Failure this past week? I am normally very happy with my Lebara service but it has been poor recently

    Have you checked Vodafone coverage map for your area.

      I'm not aware of any widespread issues Nigel123, as a first step you can follow @SuperUser25's suggestion and use the coverage checker to see if there are any issues local to you.

        Hi, yes I have checked the Vodafone coverage in my area...all is working. I have just celebrated my one year anniversary with Lebara and I have been very happy with the service and coverage in my local area and in London, it's just been the last couple of weeks.

          It maybe worth noting that I am recieving the message below every few days now, and not once a month. I'm sure this has something to do with my troubles:
          Manual Guide
          Select "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "SIMs"
          Select "Access point names" > "+" > "Name"
          Enter Lebara Internet
          Select "APN"
          Enter uk.lebara.mobi
          Select "Username"
          Enter wap
          Select "Password"
          Enter wap
          Select "APN type" > "default"
          Select "Menu" > "Save"

            I keep getting sent the above message from Lebara every two days...is this a coincidence? Or a clue about my service problems?
