Why does my mobile signal not work when not using WiFi

Can you give us a bit more information on this Denzel? When you say you only get signal when connected to wifi do you mean that wifi calling works and you have a mobile network connection or do you mean you can only use wifi calling and mobile connection is not working at all?

Hello Martin, when I am out and about with no WiFi I can’t seem to pick up news etc, I have an I-phone 2nd generation, I’ve gone into mobile data and reset settings but still no joy ? Can you send me details if possible explaining what my mobile data should look like, kind regards Dennis.
