Int Roaming not working - Jersey Island

Can anyone tell my why my I cannot make or receive calls and I have plenty of roaming data and airtime

CarolynG The Channel Islands are not part of the UK, they are British Overseas Territories with which are self governed with their own laws and tax systems. As such they are not considered as part of the UK when roaming. You'll need a roaming add-on to use your phone there. More information here.

Martin thank you for your response, however my post says I have purchased 2 roaming add ons and neither of them have worked.

Apologies for the misunderstanding CarolynG. If the add-on is not working properly then you'll need to contact customer support so they can take a look and see whats going on.
