Data spike

Hi my phone used up £18 of data in the middle of the night! Can someone help me with this. I wasn’t using my Fon
can I ask for a refund or credit or an explanation so it doesn’t happen again?

Thats a pretty large amount of data use Ro55ie! Most phones have data use tracking in the settings. Have you checked there yet?

Hi Martin. Yes I’ve checked. Can Lebara look into my account for me? My plan renews on the 20th of each month and I also added an extra £20 as I’m on holiday in Spain which is allowed on my plan.
