I've been with Lebara for a long time and it's always been great value and I've recommended it to a lot of friends.
However I'm a little put out that new customers are being offered better deals than are available to existing customers.
For example there's a link on this week's Money Saving Expert to a plan with 35GB for £6.90. That's what I currently pay for 15GB. I'd like to change to that but the only option seems to be 30GB for £10.
The offer includes a £25 gift card and an initial lower payment - I don't expect these to be offered to existing customers but otherwise it would seem fairer to me if the basic plan as above was available to the rest of us. Any views?
