Lebara SMS Not Working – Ongoing Outage

Hi everyone,
Just sharing an update for anyone experiencing issues with SMS on Lebara.
According to Lebara support, there has been a service outage since yesterday affecting verification SMS and other SMS services. Their technical team is aware of the problem and is actively working on a fix. They’ve advised that the issue is expected to be resolved within the next 24 hours.

Has anyone affected? or just me only.

put the sim in new phone and able to send message but able to receive, tried send from different phone still the same.

Still not solved! Who knows when?!?

I have back up phone with lycamobile

Was also told this started happening today

I moved from lycamobile because of problems,now I am having progs with lebara, may pay more and instead of lebara piggy backing vodafone go and use vodafone as my computer is with vodafone

Notice sms not working is only incoming and not out goong

When did this sms problems really start and is lefara being honest with the truth about incoming sms problem

My problem with sms started 12 days ago....moving today to giffgaff if not sorted

As I am checking the details a complaint was raised regarding this issue and our team tried to call you in last three days for the issue but none of the calls were connected. They are going to try today again, but there was an issue with incoming services that was affecting the new numbers specifically and it seems to have been resolved and no issue reported today. Could you please restart the phone and try to receive text now and check?

Thank you for confirming. There is no issue from our end now and all the incoming services and everything are restored for all the numbers. As you are still unable to receive the codes you can contact your bank and check with them once.

Incoming sms messages now working

Now both incoming and outgoing calls have stopped working :-( When someone tries to call me, they hear that my phone is switched off. When I try to make a call, it says “not registered on network.

Update: just talked to Lebara...the problem is effecting mostly people who swapped to Lebara from 3rd provider like Lycamobile and etc. The problem is at the 3rd party's network not at Lebara according to them. Nevertheless, the problem still remains.

Haven't been able to receive any shortcodes or verification codes at all for the past week. I can't log into most accounts that require verification codes. Honestly a big headache
