When are eSIMs going to be available for Lebara customers???

Jonathan I have good news, eSIM is now available for existing Lebara customers! all you need to to is call 5588 from your Lebara SIM to request yours.

Martin is iPhone 15 Pro Max compatible for eSim already? I called last week and it wasnt.

I am on 16 pro max and it works on mine. If you are an existing customer, just call 5588 (or live chat) and they will sort you out.

donspecu I'm happy to confirm that Asterix is correct, eSIM is available on iPhones and all you need to do to arrange yours is give customer support a call and they can get you sorted.

Asterix hi did you get the confirmation email when you requested the esim ?

I didnt,
I requested transition to eSim at 1pm yesterday for today. Website said email confirmation ahould be instant and install esim prior to transition. I didnt get an email so at 4pm called customer service and they had stopped transfer. Been asked to wait 24 hour and request transition again. Havent tried since then. Will wait till Monday to be sure. Call them to check if it needs to be stopped and requested again.

Yeah I had same. I requested mine a couple of times and each time no email, so cancelled both.
it’s a pain they don’t have an option to re-request the email

Did you have to phone to cancel the request or just let it expire and nothing happened? i called them, just in case I would lose service to make sure they cancel my request.

Martin any chance you can investigate this issue and advise?

I did the same didn’t want to risk it as work number!

I may just skip it this year and try again once they are fully operational. Its fresh just now so still early days.

Martin when iPhone is on eSIM and changing phones, does Lebara supports esim transfer directly or need to request new QR code?

If e-sims are available on Lebara UK's network, why don't you put a huge banner on front page of your website that customers could know about it? It is a huge news as many people were waiting for this and should be there posted/advertised!
