    Hi all,
It's becoming increasingly common for hackers to hijack SIM cards. They do this by calling the mobile network provider while impersonating the SIM owner. Since the security questions are often easy to find online, they can convince the provider to issue a replacement SIM card — either sent to the owner's address (which they then intercept) or to a different address altogether.
Once they have control of the SIM card, they can use it to access other accounts such as Google, banking apps, and more.
Does anyone know what measures Lebara has in place to protect against this kind of attack?
    Thanks.
