I rarely use all the data that I pay for. In fact, when I was gifted extra data over the Christmas period, I was chuffed about this but had no chance of using it all! My suggestion is that long standing loyal customers should have their unused data carried over to the next month for ongoing use. This would encourage brand loyalty and convince other low usage potential new customers to move over to Lebara on a rolling monthly contract. Who is with me on this?
