New to Lebara service begins with issues

    I am new to Lebara. Whilst in the process of linking my phone number to my account I had issues with Lebara OTP verification system. Contacted a customer advisor who said there is a technical issue. Also could not portin my current number and so in an instant I have been marooned on Lebara's island without an active contact number as the new one provided by Lebara cannot be activated until their system issues are resolved and my old service provider ? I have burned. Not a good start ! Is this the base standard of what I can expect from Lebara services going forward???

    DidiGo Snap - I have had to go back to my old SIM (EE) and I'll wait out the technical issues Lebara are facing as I can't activate my new SIM - it makes outgoing calls no one can message or call me. Very disappointed in the robustness of the service provided.

      Many technical issues with Lebara network during the last two weeks! Sometimes it's better to pay little more but be on the safe side.

        Time will tell, it’s only a cheap rolling month contract so can ditch and switch if need be.

          My PortIn was seamless yesterday and the signal is far better than EE in my location.
