    Hello, I have a £20 pending transaction from “Lebara Mobile Limited” showing in my bank. My plan is active and I did not authorize any top-up. Please help check and cancel this.

    Are you sure auto top up is not enabled.
    As lebara has 0 spend cap

      The best way to deal with this would be to contact the agents through the website or phone support.
