SMS issues - not receiving

For about a week now, I haven’t been able to receive text messages, although I can send them without any issues. Customer support confirmed there was a network outage affecting SMS. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes, this is true. I’ve been having the same issue for the past two days. Even when I try to get the verification code via a call on my Apple ID, the call disconnects after a few seconds. I also spoke with an advisor yesterday who confirmed there is an ongoing outage and said it would be fixed by yesterday evening, but nothing has been resolved yet.
