Lebara is desperately lacking in any support. Data loss reported last Monday promised a call back within 72 hrs, it didn’t happen. Rang again Friday , promised call back by the end of the day, it didn’t happen. Is it worth another call ? Probably not! It’ll be bye bye Lebara soon I think

Just a piece of advice: when a virtual mobile network provider starts having too many technical issues for an extended period, it’s a good sign that it’s time to switch to another provider — a word to the wise.

I posted a comment yesterday about the very poor service I've received. Today I find that as well as waiting for a month to get my e-sim working on my new phone, Lebara have disabled the service on my existing phone and sim. This means that I can't connect to online banking with the only number that's listed, and I can't add a new phone number because I don't have access to a number for confirmation. I've had to open a new bank account using a different phone!
      Thanks. I really needed that!

Sherman If it’s not sorted by Monday, move to another provider. You can grab a free Giffgaff SIM to keep for times like this or just switch to them.

Sherman I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with customer support. I can see what I can do to chase this up for you, is the issue still ongoing?

            Hello Martin,
Thanks for the response. The transfer of my number to my new (second hand) iPhone 15 Prop Max has started. I've now been told this will take a month as I downloaded a temporary eSIM to verify that the phone was working. The SIM in my current iPhone 11 Pro has stopped working. The number is 07352312854. This is the primary number for online banking, pension payments, council tax, HMRC, etc..
I have 3 SIMs registered so I'm using another one. I'm horrified that my principal number that my friends and family use will be shut down for a month. If I had known this in advance I would have used a different approach.
Is there anything you can do to help? The simplest solution is to download and install an eSM for 07352312854. I've been told this has been escalated, but nothing has happened.
            Thanks,
            Bob.
