    Hi All,
As per the subject, I recently purchased a SIM through my existing account for my father and paid the first 30days.
Upon the SIM arriving, I activated the SIM and created a Lebara account for him. As part of that process I tried to link his new number to his new account. I receive the OTP successfully however when it is entered I am advised it has expired (within seconds of it arriving). I have tried several times.
    Anyone experienced this?
    TIA

Hey, I have a similar issue. My sim was expiring in 3 days and I tried to top up and had some issue with payment portal. Now it's just the day that it expired and I'm unable to retrieve the number. Any way I could get the same number back?

bell76 - yes - I got it confirmed that the sim must be linked to the same account from which it was ordered. Once I linked to the correct account, I had no further issues.
