    Anyone struggled getting a refer a friend reward. I've got £10 and can't get it back into my bank. Spoke to lebara and nobody seems to help

    Same here, I've emailed them on 18th Jan but no reply as yet.

        Likewise. I am trying to get £40 for refering, but when it gets to adding personal and bank details it all disappears. Is this all just a con to get more customers!

              Me too! Trying to claim my referral reward. Can't speak to anyone at Lebara. Nothing on this subject in the Help section. Very poor. Won't be bothering to refer again. Got an email with a link to click - I'm not clicking a link and giving my bank details!!! Too many scammers about! Lebara has my payment details, they take payments every month ... why can't the reward payment be sent to the details they already hold?

                Exactly why should you claim your reward. Other companies put the rewards straight in your bank when other person signs up. I've come into this group to get it sorted but as usual no further forward 😔

                              Thanks for trying but waste of time. Why couldn't you just give them my account number to check the refer a friend reward then they just put it in my bank where I pay my bill from. Still no further forward Ridiculous
