Refer a friend reward

When my friend signed up with Lebara he got 3 months half price SIM deal. Why don't they also do with the one who referred them instead having to claim rewards which you obviously can't get

Just got another link off lebara putting me on app still can't claim my reward on app. Absolutely waist of time Not letting me go ahead with it. Don't email me again. Pointless. Seems like a con to get other people on board

Can anyone help me? I am also facing a similar problem. I can even log into the RAF page because it just keep reloading to the log in page. I've contacted customer service 4 times now and they've either said they can't help or have given **** advice like restart my phone (I've been trying on multiple devices). I've also messaged Martin twice now but haven't gotten a reply.

I've done exactly the same can't put bank details in. Sorry can't help you Don't see why you have to go through all this when it should be refunded into your account

Lebara sent me an email about claiming my reward on the link. It has accepted my bank details and should be in my account in two days Good news

Finally received my £10 reward for refer a friend. Lebara must of changed the link because it accepted my bank details straight away and was sorted in three days
