    Feedback on Fariyaz from Lebara Customer Service

    Dear Lebara Management Team,

    Although your company has already taken up a hell of a lot of my time & patience because Lebara didn't stick to the promised Money Saving Expert (MSE) deal which I started with Lebara in October 2025, I would like to express my gratitude to your employee Fariyaz.

    Today, I contacted Lebara via the online CHAT and Fariyaz picked up my cry for help because the red "CLAIM YOUR REWARD" button in the Lebara email took me to a page on which I was offered to transfer my £20 "refer a friend" reward in my bank account, but as soon as I tried to enter my details, the page reverted back to the Lebara email with the red "CLAIM YOUR REWARD" button and I could not request the transfer.

    After chatting back & forth, Fariyaz wrote that he had dealt with my transfer request and that the £20 "refer a friend" reward should show up in my bank account in the next 48 hours!

    Fantastic news and GREAT service from Fariyaz !!!!

    I then explained to Fariyaz, that Lebara keeps sending me emails, asking "WHY DID YOU LEAVE US?" and that I had chatted with and spoken to other Lebara Customer Service Agents telling them the story of me buying a new Lebara SIM via a MSE link, promising me a 10GB deal with unlimited txt & minutes for £1.32 during the first six months. But unfortunately this Lebara Promise was not kept !!! Lebara deducted £5.99 from my credit card instead of the promised £1.32. After several online chats which didn't do anything to rectify the situation, I called Lebara and the agent refunded me the £5.99 but couldn't promise me that the same thing wouldn't happen again in my second month with Lebara. With all the Xmas preparations, I couldn't face more hopeless chats & telephone conversations with Lebara.

    Fariyaz listened patiently to my story, because he had actually taken the initiative to stop the online chat to speak to me on the phone which is soooooo much easier and faster!!!

    While on the phone, Fariyaz offered me the original MSE 10GB deal and confirmed in an email that Lebara would deduct the £5.99 from my credit card but then immediately credit my card with £4.70 for the first six months, starting by clicking on the special link Fariyaz sent to me in a separate email. Fariyaz backed up his verbal offer by an email (see below) which he sent while I was still on the phone to him.

    Team members like Fariyaz who promptly help customers like me are very rare these days. I would therefore appreciate if Lebara would take note of my email today and pass on NOT just a HUGE & sincere THANK YOU from me to Fariyaz, but also reward this industrious employee accordingly.

    At the same time, we have raised a refund request of £4.70 for you. This refund will be processed every month for the next 6 months, and the amount will be credited back to your account accordingly.
