    Hello I am trying to ring a hospital in New Zealand, I have called NZ before, I received a service announcement telling me to buy a top up, I have now bought two and still keep getting the same message, any solutions? please

    How much did you top up by. Could you have run out of international minutes.

      Hi, I topped up twice with 5 pound each time which is 50 minutes each I never got through the service message just kept repeating you need to top up even immediately after I had done that according to my profile I have over 100 international minutes talking
