Cannot get my pac code can anyone help?!

I have been unable to get my PAC code from Lebara UK!
Each time I send the request via text to Lebara for the code, it says there is an error. I had no problem when requesting for a pac code from my previous provider recently. Then i try getting the PAC code from Lebara via online means and its says the validation code they themselves have sent me to validate my telephone number to proceed, is invalid and to call customer services. I have tried to call customer services endlessly and no one ever answers. And the same with online chat option: it says they are connecting you to an agent and then for hrs nothing happens and you don't get connected to anyone. Ever. It really is a total nightmare. I just want to move to a provider who can give me a working service and to keep the mobile number I have had for decades. There must be some law saying they cannot simply dodge or avoid my attempt to leave or keep my number. Does anyone have any ideas please? I am devastated and so stressed out.

Have you tried texting "PAC" to 65075?

Yes! Of course. I just get error message. Same with applying online for pac code. Error message.

I wrote a review on trust pilot and thankfully a Lebara guy has since called me back, confirming that there have been technical issues today with Lebara today and they cannot generate a PAC code or address any other of the many issues for customers today either. Wish I’d never switched over.

I don't think that's right OFCOM says that they're required to provide you with a PAC code there and then over the phone or within 2 hours via text. Sounds like they're fobbing you off tbh. I haven't ported my number over yet bit worried to after reading about some of these issues 🙈

Out of curiosity, did you manage to find a way to get your pac code in the end?
