So far it’s been a nightmare. Glitchy app. Fiddly settings changes. And no way to get through to customer service. On hold for hours and even in line chat never got put through. All the functions I attempt to use in app returns an error message. Does anyone get anything good from lebara or is always a lot of hard work and time wasted ? Is it worth my persevering with them?
Does anyone get good signal/service/customer support from Lebara?
