    Hi
I have an ipad with eSim cellular and wifi data only connectivity. There is no voice or text service on the ipad.
Therefore I am unable to connect my account data service to my lebara account. That's because lebara (and many other providers) authenticate account by sending a text message to your mobile number. Without a voice/text facility that code is not received on the ipad.
Apple say there's another way to authenticate using 'eSIM Carrier Activation'. But I don't think Lebera provide that.
Is there any way round this problem.
    Thanks for any help.

Hi Cf9876 you should have received a confirmation email that contains a QR code which you can scan on your tablet to activate the eSIM. Can check the email account linked to Lebara for the confirmation message with the QR code? More eSIM help can be found here.

Hi Martin. Thanks for the response. When I first set up the eSIM i did receive the QR code via email. That enabled me to successfully use the eSIM on the iPad. However the problem is that, since my iPad doesn't recieve text messages, I cannot receive the authentication text message to be able to connect the eSIM to my online account or the mobile app. I've been in touch with customer support (via chat) and they are sening me an new eSIM which needs to be set up on a different mobile phone with voice/text, so that I can (1) setup the eSIM on that, (2) receive the text message and authenticate the number on the online account, then (3) transfer the new eSIM to my iPad.
