I have no internet!

Usually I am using wi-fi at home or elsewhere, I can receive and send texts but when I am out of wi-fi range I get a message that I am not connected to the internet. I have followed all of Lebara's instructions, manually entering APNs etc. several times over and restarting my iPhone all without success. Yesterday it was critical I had internet access and was unable to get it. This is the 3rd month. so it is make or break with Lebara for me.
Any suggestions?

You only need internet if you are using rcs chats so must be enabled what phone do you have

Rcs is the next generation of text services that will replace sms in time its dont over data connection.
